At the heart of this work is water. Water has the remarkable ability to receive, carry and reflect information. By placing the discs in water, during bathing rituals, meditation or daily practice, geometry, colour and sound enter into dialogue with the body's inner waters — blood, cells and living fluids — supporting a process of remembering, harmonizing and reconnecting.
